With NHYA classification as dependent variable (y = 1, n = 0) and age, male, BMI, current smokers, hypertension, diabetes, NT-proBNP, CCR, Cr, UA, and LVEDD as independent variables, the results showed that NT-proBNP and CCR were independent risk factors for heart failure (Table 4).
