The levels of PIM1 has been shown to be elevated in human myeloid and T-cell leukemias and lymphomas but alteration in PIM kinase expression has also been identified in prostate, liver, bladder, pancreatic, gastric, head & neck squamous cell carcinoma, oral, and colorectal in human patients [2, 21, 30]. This evidence concerns the gene PIM1 and lymphoma.
