To evaluate whether certain miRNAs are dysregulated with the various clinical and histopathological features associated with breast cancer, we analyzed our data by nonparametric statistical tests (Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests) after dividing the samples into groups with differential ER or PR expression or Her2 overexpression, lymph node involvement, tumor size and grade. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
