In addition, as for CD47 alone, CD4–MET co-expression was strongly associated with lymph node metastasis (Cochran-Armitage test for trends, p=0.04): 5/7 (71.4%) patients had lymph node metastases in the MET-CD47 double positive group versus 51/143 (35.7%) in the CD47-MET double negative group. This evidence concerns the gene MET and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
