Additionally, a significant increase in hormone receptor negative breast cancer was observed in subjects with a family history of esophagus cancer (OR: 6.19, 95% CI: 2.30 – 16.71) and uterus cancer (including endometrial and cervical cancers, OR: 6.92, 95% CI: 1.12 – 42.89), and no significant increase in hormone positive breast cancer was observed. This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and breast carcinoma.
