In the 10NOS2−/− FP, there was a significantly stronger IFN-γ response to the crude antigens and ML2028 (Ag85B), as well as to ML0380 (GroES), ML2038 (bactoferritin), and ML1877 (EF-Tu) by both CD4+ and especially CD8+ T cells at the site of infection.
