In the cervical cancer patients with SCC, CHI3L1 risk haplotypes increased the risk of recurrence event (p = 0.011; OR: 7.50, 95% CI: 1.60–35.16) and tended to increase the risk of poor survival event (p = 0.051; OR: 4.36, 95% CI: 0.99–19.14), in logistic regression model. This evidence concerns the gene CHI3L1 and cervical cancer.
