When the CHI3L1 haplotypes were included in the analysis, they were related to the clinical stage (p = 0.040, OR: 2.31, 95% CI: 0.95–5.72; ≥ stage II vs. stage I; Table 5), tumor diameter (p = 0.054; OR: 2.19, 95% CI: 0.90–5.43; >4 cm vs. ≤4 cm) and vaginal invasion (p = 0.024; OR: 2.66, 95% CI: 0.98–6.83; invasion vs. no invasion).
