Haplotype H7, which includes UGT1A7*2, UGT1A7*3 and UGT1A7*4, was found to correlate with the disease control rate (P=0.045) (Table VII); while haplotypes H2 and H5 were observed to correlate with a higher risk of severe neutropenia (Table VIII). Here, UGT1A7 is linked to neutropenia.
