CD19 and infection: We then confirmed the presence of p65 NF-kB at the TSS of these miRNAs, by performing ChIP assays with anti-p65 antibodies in CD19+ cells before and 72 h after infection with EBV and investigated the association of p65 at the genomic sequence around the TSS of both miRNAs that become upregulated (miR-155, miR-34a and miR-193b) (34) and downregulated (miR-199a, miR-150 and miR-451), focusing on sequences that display binding motifs for NF-kB.
