To elucidate the clinical relevance of LGR5 and Wnt/β-catenin signaling in cervical cancer tissues, we examined the association between endogenous LGR5 and β-catenin, cyclinD1, and c-myc expression in human cervical cancer by immunohistochemical staining (Fig. 6A) and reanalyzing cDNA microarray databases from an established human cervical cancer study (Fig. 6B, 6C, 6D).
