Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease mediated by autoantibodies against molecules in the neuromuscular junction (NMJ), such as anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChR-Ab) or anti-muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase antibody (MuSK-Ab) [1]. Here, NTRK1 is linked to myasthenia gravis.
