CYP2C9 and coronary artery disorder: For women, the two diplotypes (CTAC/CTAC, CTAC/CCAC) in CYP2C9 gene were significantly lower in the CAD patients than in the control subjects (nominal p = 0.004, and p = 0.016 respectively), while after revised by False discovery rate, the diplotypes (CTAC/CCAC) was no difference between CAD patients than the control subjects (adjusted p = 0.072).The homozygous diplotype (CTAC/CTAC) was associated with decreased risk of CAD in women.
