The total white blood cells, eosinophils, lymphocyte and neutrophil of the of rAdV-CCR7 and rAdV-CTLA4Ig infected DC treated mice were 18.89 ± 2.17, 0.50 ± 0.24, 8.11 ± 1.12 and (10.28 ± 2.62) × 104 per·mL, respectively, which was similar to the normal control and significantly lower than the asthma and rAdV-GFP-infected DC-treated mouse groups (p < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene CCR7 and asthma.
