At univariate analysis (Table 3), the median time to the onset of skeletal disease was significantly shorter according to type of locoregional treatment (17 months for interventional radiology vs. 10 months for surgery; CI 95% 8.41−11.58 and 10.82−23.17, respectively; p = 0.037), Child Score (p<0.001) and in patients with higher median AFP at diagnosis (p = 0.040).
