Significant differences in nuclear localisation of P-AKT, ERK1/2 and SHARP-2 reactivity (p < 0.01, p < 0.05 and p < 0.001, respectively) were detected between the normal breast, primary cancer and metastatic cancer tissues examined (Figures 4C, D and 5A). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm.
