As illustrated in Figure 3, these results in our experiment showed that ischemia affected the neuron cells, resulting in the endogenous inducible iNOS and nitrotyrosine (RNS) increasing after the induction of ischemic damage of the brain while treatment with erinacine A could effectively inhibit iNOS/p38 MAPK and CHOP protein expression as a negative regulator of a stroke. This evidence concerns the gene DDIT3 and stroke disorder.
