A significant upregulation in basal breast tumors compared to not-basal tumors was found for the core complex members: FANCA (FC = 3.40, P = 1.93E-13), FANCB (FC = 4.73, P = 5.18E-12), FANCC (FC = 1.38, P = 3.38E-04), FANCE (FC = 1.62, P = 2.80E-08), FANCG (FC = 1.39, P = 1.52E-06), FANCL (FC = 1.52, P = 3.79E-06); central players: FANCD2 (FC = 1.66, P = 4.57E-06) and FANCI (FC = 1.98, P = 1.46E-06); and for the downstream branch: FANCD1/BRCA2 (FC = 1.96, P = 3.45E-09), and FANCJ/BRIP1 (FC = 1.96, P = 5.75E-05).
