In the subgroup of tumor size≤5cm, p-Ser9-GSK-3β over-expressing patients had higher recurrence rates(1-,3-,and 5-year recurrence rates: 37.3%, 59.9% and 81.6% vs. 15.4%, 29.9%, and 54.6%, P = 0.002), and lower survival rates(1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates: 82%, 58.1% and 43.9% vs. 94.2%, 83.9% and 72.4%, P<0.001) than those of under-expressing patients. This evidence concerns the gene GSK3B and neoplasm.
