The sub-network identified using the prostate cancer data included 62 significantly enriched KEGG pathways, including prostate cancer, neurotrophinn signaling, MAPK signaling, Wnt signaling, TGF-β signaling, chemokine signaling pathways, and the regulation of actin cytoskeleton (Table S7 in File S1). This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and Familial prostate cancer.
