SRC and lung carcinoma: Moreover, compared to cells transfected with pre-miR-203, those transfected with pre-miR-203 and the SRC-overexpressing plasmid had recovered SRC protein levels (Figure 5, A and B) and exhibited significantly higher proliferation rates (Figure 5C), suggesting that miR-203-resistant SRC is sufficient to rescue the suppression of SRC by miR-203 and attenuate the anti-proliferative effect of miR-203 on lung cancer cells.
