Genetic variations at a set of sixteen target genes (C2ORF3, CAT, CRYZ, DARC, GSTM3, GSTT1, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, HPR, IL4R, LOX, MRPL19, MTR, NQO2 PRPH, and PSMB8) were suggested to be associated with neurological disease; and polymorphisms of five target genes (GSTM3, GSTT1, MGMT, MTR, and IL4R) were suggested as risk factors for brain cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CRYZ and nervous system disorder.
