The levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF), anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL-10), Th2-type cytokines associated with allergy (IL-4, IL-13, IL-33) and Th1-type cytokine (IFN-γ) were analysed from the treated skin sites of all groups. Here, IL1B is linked to allergic disease.
