TNFSF10 and infection: Importantly, NK cell numbers (Fig. 4A), subset proportions and TRAIL expression were not grossly different upon infection with MCMV WT and m166stop (Fig. S5C,D), although a slight increase in the proportion of mature NK cells was observed in m166stop MCMV infected livers (WT vs. m166stop = 59.8% vs 68%), indicating this mutant does not induce a ‘globally different’ response.
