CSF2 and Opportunistic infection: A highly quantitative antibody profiling technology, luciferase immunoprecipitation systems (LIPS), was used to investigate the possibility of whether anti-cytokine autoantibodies, including IFN-α, IFN-γ, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin (IL)-12 p35, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor α, were involved in the opportunistic infection in the patient.
