Recent study shows that THC and JWH-133 exert anti-proliferative, pro-apoptotic, anti-angiogenic, and anti-invasive effects in both in vitro and in vivo models of ErbB-2 breast cancer by modulating AKT, phospho-S6 ribosomal protein, MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression levels shown in Fig.3 [44, 131-132]. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
