We first compared the transcribed region and splicing sites of Lefty and found two variations in the Lefty1 gene [g.G169A (p.Arg33Gln) and g.A1035C-rs360057 (p.Asp322Ala)] and one variation in the Lefty2 gene [g.C925A-rs2295418 (p.Pro286Leu)] in the CHD cases (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene LEFTY1 and coronary artery disorder.
