HDAC9 and primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: The approval of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA)11, a well known inhibitor of HDACs by the US FDA for treating CTCL, (cutaneous T cell lymphoma)12,13 has thrown open the doors for exploring the use of HDAC inhibitors in combination with existing drugs for several diseases, such as malaria and Kala-azar etc.,14–16.
