To predict whether OsrHSA itself or impurities in the compound could potentially induce anaphylaxis, immune suppression or inflammation in the human body, we monitored the levels of IL-4, which regulates IgE production; IL-10, which suppresses the immune response; and IFN-γ and TNF-α, which promote inflammation in PBMCs [36].
