The expression rate of HPV 16/18 DNA and p53 protein in invasive ductal carcinoma (51.1% and 46.7%) is significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma (15.0% and 10.0%) and normal breast tissues (5.0% and 0%)(p<0.05); there is no significant difference between the two latter groups (p>0.05) (Table-I). Here, TP53 is linked to invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
