Seven of the antigens were found to still differentiate between cancer, normal and high risk sera (AFP, Cyclin B1, Gankyrin, p53, NY-ESO-1, RalA, CK8) whilst other promising antigens H-RAS-1, p16, WT1, HCC1 and Sui1 were no longer found to be additive. Here, CCNB1 is linked to cancer.
