SEMA3B and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The authors of that study tested manually and found loss of expression or reduced mRNA levels for SEMA3B in both small cell and non-small cell lung cancers, as well as reduced mRNA levels of CACNA2D2 in non-small cell lung cancer and two or more sequence-altering mutations for SEMA3B and NPRL2, indicating that those genes might be candidate tumor suppress genes (TSGs).
