At this dose level,an overall response rate was seen in 69% of BRAF V600E-mutated melanoma (36 patients) and 78% of BRAFV600K-mutated melanoma (27 patients), confirmed in 50% and 56%, respectively (Falchook et al., 2012).Median relapse-free survival of 5.5 months was seen in patients with a BRAF mutation.
