As displayed in Table 4, the ABCG1 and GALNT2 gene promoter regions are positively associated with CHD both in the male group (ABCG1: OR = 19.855, 95% CI, 6.148–64.119, P<0.001; GALNT2: OR = 2.840; 95% CI, 1.121–7.194; P = 0.025 and ABCG1: OR = 16.291, 95% CI, 4.917–53.974, P*<0.001; GALNT2: OR = 2.717; 95% CI, 1.010–7.309; P* = 0.048) and the female group (ABCG1: OR = 28.333, 95% CI, 5.964–134.609, P<0.001; GALNT2: OR = 3.556; 95% CI, 1.071–11.808; P = 0.035 and ABCG1: OR = 52.923, 95% CI, 5.329–525.607, P* = 0.001; GALNT2: OR = 6.355; 95% CI, 1.248–32.365; P* = 0.026). This evidence concerns the gene ABCG1 and coronary artery disorder.
