The statistical analysis data showed that expression levels of Shh (CC = 0.245, P<0.05 and CC = 0.254, P<0.05) and S100A4 (CC = 0.265, P<0.01 and CC = 0.220, P<0.05) proteins were positively correlated with tumor size and lymph node metastases and that of Gli1 protein was positively correlated with lymph node metastases (CC = −0.370, P<0.01), while that of E-cadherin protein was negtive correlated with lymph node metastases (CC = −0.203, P<0.05). The gene discussed is CDH1; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
