NOTCH1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: These first studies on selective inhibition of NOTCH1 and NOTCH2 showed that individual dosing with isoform-specific antibodies generated few (NRR1) or no (NRR2) changes to intestinal morphology and so suggest that selective inhibition of Notch receptors is feasible and effective in T-ALL models and leads to diminished gut toxicity.
