The c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK)[21,26,28] and Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT)[29,44-47] signaling pathways, which are predicted to modulate ISL-1 expression, have been reported to link to the oncogenic process of a variety of lymphoma subtypes, making them appealing targets for pathway-directed cancer therapy.
