Furthermore, we found that patients with positive KPNA2 and positive PLAG1expression (KpPp) in tumor have the poorest RFS and OS compared to other groups (Figure 5a-b), suggesting the combination of high KPNA2 and PLAG1 density in nucleus would add accuracy to predict the prognosis of HCC patients.
