This evidence is consistent with our GO analysis showing that major targets of our analysis, such as ALDOC, TPIS, IPYR, 6PGL, HCD2, IDH3A, NDUS1, MDHC are involved in metabolism (e.g. glycolysis, inositol metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation) and cancer-related metabolic reprogramming, including the Warburg effect [65]–[69]. The gene discussed is IDH3A; the disease is cancer.
