Since too many injections or high concentrations of Chase-ABC may harm normal cells, our model suggests that the choice of a small number of strategically located sites (e.g. four) with limited concentration of Chase-ABC is the optimal strategy that would be effective in eradicating tumor cells not only in the visible core tumor but also in the isolated cluster as long as the cluster of invasive cells are not too far from the main tumor bulk. The gene discussed is ABCB6; the disease is neoplasm.
