Figure 4(d) reveals a significant difference in the subtracted percentages of granzyme B+ cells among the groups and shows that the subtracted percentage of granzyme B+ cells of the PL group was significantly higher than that of the HV or MM group. These results indicate that CD8+ lymphocytes in PL patients have an increased ability to retain and enhance intracellular granzyme B following stimulation, compared with HV and MM patients.
