The percentages of CD107a+ cells in stimulated CD8 lymphocytes did not differ statistically in multiple comparisons among HV, PL, and MM groups (mean ± S.D., 7.4 ± 2.8, 7.8 ± 3.1, and 11.6 ± 5.4, resp). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and Miyoshi myopathy.
