Percentages of iTNFα+ CD14+ cells in RA patients in methotrexate-induced remission were significantly lower than those in RA patients after 12 injections of adalimumab treatment (28.25 ± 10.5% and 60.68 ± 5.87%, respectively, P < 0.05) (Figure 2A). Here, CD14 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
