In this study, with the use of microarray analysis, we comprehensively screened the gene expression profiles of ST2 cells, derived from a multipotent bone marrow stromal cell line, in the presence or absence of oxidative stress induced by MG treatment; one of the Wnt antagonists, a secreted Frizzled-related protein 4 (sFRP-4) for both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling, was found upregulated by oxidative stress. Here, SFRP4 is linked to myasthenia gravis.
