PML and neoplasm: Nuclear domain 10 (ND10), also called PML nuclear bodies (PML-NB), are discrete nuclear structures involved in a multitude of pathways including protein degradation [33], transcriptional regulation [34], [35], cellular senescence [36]–[39], tumor suppression [40], [41], DNA repair [42], [43], apoptosis [44]–[47] and epigenetic regulation [48].
