Next, equal amounts of proteasomes isolated from mouse CB1 dendritic-like cells, uninfected or infected with 5 MOI of HSV1-Tat or HSV1-LacZ vectors were analysed for trypsin-like and chymotrypsin-like activities at 6, 12, and 24 h after infection in the presence or absence of the proteasome inhibitor MG132.
