EphA2 physically and functionally interacts with ErbB2 to amplify Ras/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and RhoA signaling in tumor cells, indicating that EphA2 cooperates with ErbB2/Neu to promote mammary adenocarcinoma tumorigenesis and metastatic progression (29).
