LRIG2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Furthermore, the patients with high LRIG2 cytoplasmic expression showed poor survival times, and the five-year survival rate for patients with high LRIG2 expression was 27.8%, compared with 38.8% for patients with low expression (P=0.034), indicating that LRIG2 expression levels may have a potential role in the pathogenesis of NSCLC, and also a significant prognostic value.
