BCL6B and gastric cancer: Although we found that the methylated status of CpG +79 of BCL6B promoter, the methylated CpG site count of BCL6B promoter and other four clinicopathological variables were significantly associated with survival of GC patients, the methylated CpG site count of BCL6B promoter, N and T stages were identified to be the independent predictors of the OS of 459 GC patients by Cox regression with forward step procedures.
