We have investigated the alterations of the a panel of phosphoprotein kinases after short-term exposure of a he NCI-H526 SCLC cell line to cisplatin and a titanocene, respectively, and found p38α MAPK and AMPKα1 as essential components of adaption of cell signaling pathways in response to cisplatin [13]. Here, PRKAA1 is linked to small cell lung carcinoma.
