Recently, USP25 was significantly frequent mutation in HCC[42], and was involved in negative regulation of IL-17-mediated signaling and inflammation by interacting with TRAF5 and TRAF6,and regulates TLR4-dependent innate immune responses through deubiquitination of the adaptor protein TRAF3[26,27]. The gene discussed is USP25; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
