Among employed patients in the RS population, patients with a worse health state reported two to four times more work days lost, more work days with patient productivity reduced by one-half, and a higher interference of arthritis on work productivity compared with patients with a better health state (all P < 0.05 except for days with productivity reduced by 50% versus DAS28(CRP)) (Table 5). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is arthritic joint disease.
